Equipment: MatStart the new year with the free 4-week fitness challenge and say hello to a whole new you! How your training plan works: • Perfect to lose weight and get fit: Three cardio classes (SWEAT, BURN, BOX) are scheduled for each week of training that offer you the ideal support for losing weight and getting fit. • A tight bonus: For extra toning and definition, your training plan also includes a toning class (BOOTY, SIXPACK, TONE, SHAPE) every week. • Flexible training: You can train using the classes listed here, at any other time with a corresponding LIVE class or by calling up the LIVE Collection. Of course, you can also select a class with a different fitness level. • Training tip: Listen to your body in each class and take a break at the latest after the second day of training to ensure optimal regeneration. You can also invite your friends to train with you for free until 31 January, motivate each other and face the fitness challenge together starting on 3 January!
