How do I cancel my membership if I subscribed via cyberobics.com?
To do this, go to our website cyberobics.com and log in with your login details. In your profile area (in the upper right corner of the screen) you will find all the information about your membership and you can cancel it by the end of the contract period using the "Unsubscribe" button.
Please note that cancellation must be made by the day before the end of the contract.
How do I cancel my membership if I have subscribed via app store?
For Apple, please do the following:
- Go to "Settings"> "iTunes & App Store" in the menu
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Click on "Show Apple ID" (you may need to authenticate your Apple ID)
- Tap on "Subscriptions"
- Click on your CYBEROBICS subscription
- Select "Cancel Subscription" to end the subscription.
For Android, please do the following:
- Open your Google Account under https://myaccount.google.com
- Log in with your account information
- Select "Payments and Subscriptions" and click on "Manage Subscriptions"
- Select your subscription with CYBEROBICS
- Under "Cancel Subscription" you can cancel your membership
If you have canceled your membership, it ends at the end of the current billing cycle.
How do I cancel my membership if I have registered using a voucher code?
In this case you do not need to cancel your membership. Your account will not automatically switch to a paid membership after the voucher period has expired. Rather, your account will automatically be switched to a free account, which will allow you to continue to access all of the content from CYBEROBICS. As soon as we offer the CYBEROBICS app again as a free and premium version, you can of course actively purchase a premium membership afterwards.
Is the contract automatically extended?
Yes. If you do not cancel your membership in time by the day before the end of the contract, it will be extended depending on the selected contract term. That means with a monthly contract term this is another month, with a 6-month membership another 6 months and with an annual membership the contract is extended accordingly by another year.
I have subscribed to CYBEROBICS on special terms. Will my membership fee remain the same when my contract will get renewed automatically?
Yes, if you purchased your contract as part of a discount promotion, you will retain these conditions even if your contract will automatically renewed.
Why should I sign up for an upgrade even though I already have an active membership?
Currently, the app gives you the option to purchase an additional membership with a different term in addition to your active membership. Don't worry, everything is usually fine with your existing subscription and your premium account is still active. If you'd like to switch from a shorter to a longer term, it's best to cancel your current membership before signing up for a new one.
How can I change my email address or payment details?
You can change your personal data yourself at any time. To do this, go to our website cyberobics.com and log in with your login details. In your profile area (in the upper right corner of the screen) you can make any changes to your data such as your email address, payment details, etc. Don't forget to save your changes for them to take effect.
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
Don’t worry. If you don’t know your password anymore, then click on “Forgot password” in the login area. We will immediately send you a link to your email address, with which you can create a new password without any problems.
